I think bilingual education is important to students because teachers use both languages to explain concepts of lessons, chapters on textbooks and exercise that students can understand easier. Students also can have an opportunity to improve their native language skill when they learning new things. In addition, they can remember their native culture and learn new culture have forever. However, English is very difficulty to new students who just come to the United States no longer. They must get an easy and fast way to learn what they want.

There are two houses of bilingual education, Chinese and Spanish in Murry Bergtraum High School. I learn Chinese in this school because it is my native languages, and I don't want to forget my native culture. I have strong Chinese can help me to get a high grade easier in Chinese Class. I want to learn fluent English and have a better life in the future in the United States that's why I'm studying. Bilingual education increases learning of academic areas, such as science. History and Math classes. These classes are difficulty to me that I need teachers translate in Chinese. I get these courses of books that translate in Chinese from different teachers; they can help me to understand and can't get lose on these different courses of lessons.

I remember I stayed in an airport, someone came over to ask me a question, but I didn't know what he wanted and how to answer the question when I first time come to the United States. I saw many Chinese students when I first day went to school. Therefore, I wasn't afraid and nervous because all students could help me when I didn't understand what teachers said. I was glad had so many people help me to understand, to check my writing.

English is ver hard and important to me. I want to learn it as much as I can to learn fluent English; I should study hard because this way is a rule for learning English. I think bilingual education is important to me. If I didn't have bilingual education, I wouldn't know not much English. I am also at a ver lower level of English. I believe bilingual education is a good way that I need to learn English.
